As I said here on January 28th:

"IMHO the state of video codec development needs to evolve before the WG 
can make a decision regarding an MTI video codec."

As far as I can see, it is still too early to take up the MTI video 
codec issue again, and I urge the WG to continue working on tractable 
problems.
