+1 for the rough consensus as presented by the chair and totally in favor
of the novel solution in the spirit of moving RTCweb forward.
Keeping end user's experience in mind and making RTCWeb an interoperable
platform  the consensus reached in Hawaii is a worthy compromise to proceed
further.
