If the solution is to ask user consent for everything I would expect this:

Prompt 1)

------------------------------
Website http://lalala.com attemts to make an audio/video call with
you, which involves access to your microphone and webcam. Do you
accept?

  [ Yes ] [ No ]
------------------------------

Prompt 2)

------------------------------
This audio/video call does not use encrypted media so your audio/video
could be intercepted by an attacker. Do you accept it anyway?

  [ Yes ] [ No ]
------------------------------

Prompt 3)

------------------------------
This audio/video call does not use ICE protocol so you have no
knowledge about the real destination of the audio/video your computer
will sent. Do you accept it anyway?

  [ Yes ] [ No ]
------------------------------

Prompt 4)

------------------------------
Do you really understand what previous questions involve? this is, are
you an expert in realtime communications?

  [ Yes ] [ No ]
------------------------------

Prompt 5)

------------------------------
Would you like to bypass all this stuf forever and accept calls
regardless security concerns you don't understand?

  [ Yes Please !!! ] [ No, but ask me later ]
------------------------------
