I apologize for the this late review.

Now that RFC 7350 is published, the following consideration applies to all new
STUN usages:

RFC 7350 section 4: "Future STUN usages MUST take in account DTLS as a
transport and discuss its applicability."

I propose to add something like this:

"X.X. DTLS Applicability

The DTLS applicability is identical to what is described in Section 4.2 of RFC
7350."
