   This indeed is quite close to what I remember hearing.

   But the WGC calling consensus is the person who should post it.

   Indeed, I am unable to correctly respond to the consensus-call
without seeing the entire text in question. (It's obvious that many
people posting don't share a single belief of what text they're
agreeing or not agreeing to.)
