I would note that this particular dependency graph looks broken, most
likely to wrongly classified information in JSEP.

However, I do agree with your note, our normative dependencies also
needs review, feedback and contribution to resolve issues.

There are also documents in AVTCORE and TSVWG that are needed to provide
a interoperable solution.

So please select a document or two and review them and send your
