I'm looking to help the chairs and the WG figure out what we need to 
finish in order to be finished.
Obviously, if there's normative references that shouldn't be, that needs 
fixing too.

The nice thing about having this thing scripted is that it's easy to 
update the list - I added -unified-plan,
and re-rean the script.

That also led me to locating a bug, so here's the updated list:
