 1. The situation is only improving over time (meaning, the pipes are
    getting bigger).
 2. There should be enough bandwidth for the "talking head" scenario today.
 3. You still have the option of dropping to audio-only. At least you
    have the choice of using H.261 if it fits your use-case.
