Hi,
the codec draft currently says about VP8:

o If VP8, then MUST support a the bilinear and none reconstruction
       filters

I've checked with our VP8 people, and they say that subset
implementations of VP8 are STRONGLY discouraged; any decoders should be
capable of decoding all modes defined.

I suggest just removing the sentence.

              Harald
