Given how:

a) a big number of people have indicated their concern that codec
discussions would steal time away from other important topics that need
to be progressed and how

b) a second group of people seem to consider it important to have a
discussion on developments around deployment, adoption and
standardization of VP8 and H.264

then wouldn't it be reasonable to try and allocate an extra slot for an
ad hoc meeting on the MTI Video Codec topic?

Emil
