I think we are agreeing. I think my main point is that the m= blocks
that contains bundle-only needs to contain the attribute a=rtcp-mux if
that is included in the first m= block for the bundle group that
contains the actual addresses. Similar with the a=rtcp attribute. Simply
to be explicit that they are configured similarly. This I think implies
that we need a "to be replaced" value also for a=rtcp in the bundle only
m= blocks.
