Given my participation in this conversation as an individual contributor, I'm a little hesitant to try and answer this from a chair role but let me try and help…

I think (or at least hope) the chairs have been pretty clear that the Plan A vs Plan B conversation about how SDP is used to represent multiple things should be in MMusic. It's not clear to me if this is part of that discussion or not. A question like "Should WebRTC use SDP" is clearly not in MMusic WG while a question like "how to we extend SDP to do X" is typically in MMUSIC. 

Hope that helps and I CC'd the other chairs in case they want to add anything.
