Other uses this use-case covers: Meetecho - ability to use as a video source a window on your computer (i.e. presentation), while also optionally exchanging or sending audio and/or video, and optionally having a (reliable) data channel for side-chat ala the meetecho chat window. Note that this is most useful if the window can be any window, not just the browser. Very useful for business/sales presentations as well (could help avoid a whole bunch of travel by sales engineers and the like).
