I should have said that "the pieces to build them are already available 
_in browsers without the need for using extensions or plugins_" or 
something similar - I think this is what is put out as the 
differentiating factor in the rtcweb charter.

Anyway, I seem to be rather lonely in my corner of the room, but I 
maintain my opinion that we should defer this to a later stage.
