Cary, in the -00 version there was also a list of OPTIONAL or 
RECOMMENDED codecs to implement if I remember correctly. Was there a 
specific reason for removing that part? Listing codecs that would be 
"good to implement" for e.g. interoperablity with legacy has some value 
I think.
