Gets kind of hard in consideration of gesture recognition as semantics, 
so I think the example above shows why semantic terminology leads to 
bloat without given sequences. The difference is useful where error 
correction is more obvious; for example, avoidance of RTT vs 
retransmission (over wireless). Lossless compression is valuable here, 
yet the semantics of compression let people think lossy is ideal, which 
lossy leads later to extra links (the bloat). Tweaked the example above: 
"track X for duration Y until Z"
