It is one of the four drafts which define the DLEP extensions to support credit window based flow control scheme. Most of the content in the draft is the same as in the draft-ietf-manet-dlep-ether-credit-extension. The comments to the draft-ietf-manet-dlep-ether-credit-extension about the out-of-date references still apply. No major issues found. No minor issues found. Nits: 1、 Replace the out-of-date references to "draft-ietf-manet-dlep-credit-flow-control-12", and "draft-ietf-manet-dlep-traffic-classification-09" with the latest versions. B.R. Jia
