I believe it is clear that a Babel node MUST NOT send two Source Prefix sub-TLVs
in one TLV.  But If a received TLV has two Source Prefix sub-TLVs, I hesitate:
does a node SHOULD or MUST ignore the whole TLV?

Does the list have an opinion?
