Authors,

Nice bit of work here. It has a pretty comprehensive scope and touches a 
few wgs (mpls, teas, perhaps rtgwg...). Assuming your plan is to stanardize 
this work, what are your thoughts / plans on how you are going to break 
down the work into different pieces and WGs?
