Per my previous message.  We, the DT members, understand that from a
process perspective [1] that what we produce is no different than any
other individual contribution/position/draft put forward.  And that
agreement is subject to normal IETF process.

>From our perspective, we too are people implementing the standard, and
doing so from both the user and vendor sides.

Also ownership of RFCs and WG drafts belongs to the IETF, not to
specific people, and modifications follow the process.
