Authors - I'd expect you to address them while the document is in
adoption state.

Tom - specifically to "flaky English" comment - your help to making the
document better would be highly appreacited.

Right but I see that as a last step, since the English may get changed
in the course of review so unless it is something I find hard to follow,
I prefer to leave it until later.

I note that Mach has made a similar comment.
