The JOSE working group met on Tuesday, 24 March 2015. The four core specifications (JWA, JWE, JWK, and JWS) along with the cookbook document are all approved for publication and in the RFC Editor queue. The thumbprint draft has passed WGLC and is awaiting shepherd writeup. The plan is to close the working group in the near future. Any additional proposals for changes/additions are requested in the next month or so. The Tuesday meeting itself focused on two drafts proposing CBOR Object Signing and Encryption work. There appears to be demand for this work, and a mailing list is going to be established to discuss a proposed charter for a working group.
