Tcpinc WG is transport area working group, but there is lots of
security people interested in the group.

We will meet right after the saag (Thursday 15:20-17:20 in Parisian)
and our main goal for this meeting is to try to select which draft to
adopt as basis for the protocol specification.

The candidate drafts are:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-bittau-tcpinc-tcpcrypt/
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-rescorla-tcpinc-tls-option/

We will have presentation for both of the drafts and then short
presentation about framing protocols in general.

Hopefully after the discussion we can go forward and adopt one of the
drafts as basis for protocol specification (we already have ongoing
discussion thread in the mailing list about this).
