DOTS didn't meet at IETF 113.

Since last IETF RFC 9066 (Signal Channel Call Home) was published.

Out of four WG documents, one (draft-ietf-dots-telemetry) is in the RFC
Editor queue,
two (draft-ietf-dots-multihoming and draft-ietf-dots-robust-blocks) are
submitted
to the IESG and the fourth (draft-ietf-dots-telemetry-use-cases)
has passed WGLC and will be submitted to the IESG soon.
No new documents were adopted since IETF 112.
