The DANE working group met, the group is making good headway in clearing all documents from its plate. Most of the meeting was talking about proposals to extend TLS to be more DANE friendly, all of this work will belong in TLS or a new working group, thus this is not new work for the group. There was lively discussion on how to address the “local part” of email certificates with chairs tasked with taking the sense of the room to the mailing list and issue a consensus call soon.
