DOTS WG didn't meet at IETF107 and is not meeting at IETF108.
We had a virtual interim meeting in June.

Since IETF 106:
1. Two new RFCs that comprise a core of DOTS protocol have been published:
  - RFC 8782 (DOTS Signal Channel)
  - RFC 8783 (DOTS Data Channel)
2. A significant progress was done for DOTS Telemetry draft, which will soon be ready for WGLC
3. DOTS Multihoming draft is still under slow development

Unfortunately, shortly after RFC 8782 has been published, a problem with its
YANG Module has been discovered, which can cause interoperability issues.
The decision was made to publish a 8782-bis RFC and an initial
draft for it currently ready for adoption. The plan is to quickly publish
it as a new Signal Channel RFC and delay processing of DOTS documents
that reference Signal Channel YANG Module until it is done.
