Hey folks, apologies for the delayed response.

You can put me down for 2 - I am definitely willing to help contribute to
and review this draft, or at the very least give some feedback. I have some
notes that I'll leave in one of the other detailed discussion threads today
and will be back to attending meetings regularly in the new year.
