Yes, I am quite familiar with RFC 2418. In fact, I was involved in creation of one of the earlier design teams. I hope then that it is clear that I am not agitating against the concept. Nor am I really agitating for anything, period. My point was that design teams make sense either when they exist either outside of any WG or in big groups where several of them tackle different matters *in parallel*. If SCIM has only one design team, this situation is indistinguishable to me from the one where there is no design team at all. My only question is : If there is a difference, where is it?
