I examined the diff of version 6 vs. version 5 (which I reviewed 
previously).

It appears that the authors have addressed all of the concerns cited in 
my prior review.

There are still be a few instances where lowercase "musts" and "shoulds" 
apear,
I'll leave it to the ADs and the RFC Editor to decide how to deal with 
these.
