Hi Dirk,
thank you so much for the review and your suggestions. All are very helpful
and are accepted with much appreciation. (I've noticed misalignment in
Figure 10 when I followed your comment).
I've added a figure in Section 6.4.1 illustrating the sub-TLV encoding of
the errored TLV.
Attached, please find the new working version and the diff highlighting the
changes (most are resulting from the added figure). I hope that the updates
address your comments.
