Thanks to everyone who contributed.

We'll have a two hour meeting 2021-09-02 at 19:00 UTC.  That's 5am Friday Australia Eastern and Thursday most other places: 9pm in Europe; 8pm in the UK; 3pm US Eastern; 12pm US Western.

As noted below, we'll need updated drafts and discussion on the core issues before we meet if this time is going to be effective.
