To paraphrase what Sergio and Youenn are saying, I think that if we close
this group now, it's just going to be back in a few weeks / months.  If a
few months of quiescence would make you happy, and you're willing to push
the buttons to re-start it at the appropriate time, then sure.  But maybe
let's give it a reprieve until IETF 115?
