This is well understood to be an issue for shim6.

How about rechartering the WG to resolve this?

The tail end of the charter says:

 Dec 2010  	Submit implementation report to IESG for publication as Informational RFC
 Dec 2010 	Submit applicability document to IESG for publication as Informational RFC
 Dec 2010 	Close or re-charter

Where is the implementation report, BTW? And when will the applicability
draft be ready for the IESG?
