Gentle folk,

There have been several days of postings from folk expert in this domain
of discourse, each carefully explaining the problems with various
assertions being made. None of those postings seems to be effecting
much improvement in the conduct of this thread.

So it's time for folk making assertions of efficacy or inadequacy to
take the burden of documenting the validity of their assertions, as well
as explaining how they are relevant to a discussion of whether to
charter this wg.
