Note to all.  The discussions are all allowed the same time allotment, no matter what the speakers requested.  I did that for my own convenience and to allow for speaker optimism.  If the agenda fills up more, in order to allow for some discussion time at the end, the agenda slot time allotments will have to be more precise and more carefully kept to.
