A useful thing to have noted in the document itself for us young whippersnappers, perhaps in the acknowledgements.
I also note that there is good additional discussion in 4.1, 4.5, while the reqs draft only includes the bulleted items. Cf. my email about including more explicit performance envelope requirements.
