Subject: [sidr] interim meeting in Sep

The next interim meeting proposed is scheduled for Sep.  The date was chosen to coordinate with IETF plans for a large scale interim meeting to be held in conjunction with the RIPE meeting in Amsterdam in Sep.

We have been told that the IAOC is "nearly certain" about the date and location of the Large Interim Meeting (LIM), to wit:  it is scheduled for 29 Sep, the Sat following the RIPE meeting (https://ripe65.ripe.net/)  Exact details of IETF support for this meeting are not yet known (ie hotel arrangements, meeting venue, fees, technical support, etc.).

The date originally proposed (in Mar) was 23 Sep.  Discussion of interim plans, venue, and date will be part of the "Interim Meetings" discussion on the sidr agenda for 1 Aug.
