Please, wg, do take a look at the comments attached.  This draft was requested by the operators and is important.

Some of the comments are about substance.  Those at the very least must be considered by the wg.

Please take advantage of focused attention and close proximity at the IETF meeting to discuss.  

I unfortunately can not be there to button hole people and shove printouts into their hands.
