For remote participants: tests with WebEx this morning revealed
serious audio bridge problems. It's moderately likely that an
alternate audio bridge will be in use. Check the wiki and jabber for
details.

For on-site participants:

Use the dedicated Simon Fraser University entrance -- as you walk
along Hastings from the Westin, pass the main Harbour Center entrance.
The SFU entrance is on the left. A cab from the Westin will cost
~CDN$7.

We are in the Canfor Policy Room (#1600) on the ground level. Pass
the guard booth, turn left, and look for us on the right.

We have access to two different wireless networks, one with IPv6.
Both appear to work adequately: no filtering of SSH, jabber, common
VPN stuff, etc. Access credentials will be available on-site. There
is also eduroam access. We have a single wired link which will likely
be reserved for the WebEx machine but can be plugged into an access
point if needed.

Here are netalyzer reports:
SSID: BCNETv6Demo 1
http://n3.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/summary/id=ae81b058-1486-af3d7950-4438-42e0-94ff
~20Mbps bidirectional, with working v6

SSID: SFUNET
http://n1.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/summary/id=43ca253f-21380-9d2efded-66ae-4687-a834
~20Mbps bidirectional

Wired:
http://n3.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/summary/id=ae81b058-1489-791fc034-f720-4779-8233
~80 Mbps down, 35 up

Many thanks to the local hosts for providing early access to the
facility.
