Dear Sean, others,

We setted on '.spl' for Signed Prefix List file extension.

See https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-sidrops-rpki-prefixlist-01.html#name-rpki-repository-name-scheme

Can we now continue with the IANA Early Allocation process to get a
content type OID assigned to aid the production of running code? :-)

Kind regards,

Job
