to be more clear, well at least try.  rpki-has-no-identity is not
meant as an attack on rta and rsc.

i appreciate those two drafts.  for example, we cited them in
draft-ietf-opsawg-finding-geofeeds.  but see that draft as an
example of appropriate narrow use the authority of an rpki based
signature
