Do you mean "Pacific Daylight Time"? (Pacific Standard Time is observed
from early November to mid-March)

For future events it might be good to use the datatracker tooling to
schedule and announce the interim event so that ICS files become
available, this can be done here: https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim/request
(please first login with your datatracker account!)

Or add a timezone convert link, for example:

so that its easier for people to add it to the agenda without making
mistakes.

It might be good to sign off as 'secretary', so that people more easily
understand whether you are sending a message in individual capacity or
speaking from your formal role.
