Hi, folks,

We authors just updated the document ‘Requirements for RPKI Relying Parties’.

Among others, we have updated the references, for some of them have been published as RFCs, and moved all the BCP RFCs to Informative REF of this draft. 

And we have also added an emphasis that the context of this document is to secure Internet routing, not for SEND (rfc 6494)

We would appreciate your comments.
