Just as a heads-up - Hadriel listened to our incessant whining in Hiroshima
about needing "something like a session ID" for SIPCLF, and resubmitted his
SIP draft to DISPATCH.

Gonzalo thinks this may also be applicable to the disaggregated media and
SIP-XMPP proposals banging around DISPATCH, so I think the important thing
is to get the work moving forward, and not where the work gets DISPATCHed
to.

Thanks,

Spencer

Howdy,
I've re-submitted a draft I originally submitted to the SIP WG back when it
was in existence. The draft defines a session correlation identifier for
troubleshooting purposes.

I'd like to have this dispatched to the appropriate WG, preferably the
SIP-CLF WG (since they're a prime customer of it).
