All -

David Harrington has asked to hand off the Technical Advisor role for SIPCLF anticipating
becoming very busy when he steps into the Transport Area Director role later this month.

Chris Lonvick (also a chair of syslog) has agreed to join us as Technical Advisor for this group.

Please help me thank David for his work so far and welcome Chris.
