Howdy,
The info-events draft has been updated with the following major changes (mostly based on Adam's comments):
Incorporated RFC 2976 and changed the draft to replace it. (lots of changes there)
Changed terminology to be "Info Packages" and changed header names.
Added section on applicability, based on Eric's info draft.
Added section on legacy use.
Added section on requirements for defining a new Info Package.
Changed BNF, but it's still not right yet.
Other minor changes/edits based on mailing list comments.

Known issues brought up on mailing list still open for SIP-WG discussion/decision:
Whether to include Info-Packages in OPTIONS and REGISTER.
Whether to have delayed package negotiation, for 3PCC cases.
Whether to have re-Invite/Update re-negotiate packages.
How to deal with overlapping or out-of-order INFO requests, if at all.
What the response code should be for not-understood INFO.
