Roland, In general form this is what I was suggesting. IMP it is a better form to publish the changes you want to make. But I think we should hear what others think about this approach, both 3gpp people (e.g. Christer) and SIP old timers. For convenience of other readers, the following will provide you with a diff of this document and RFC 7976: https://author-tools.ietf.org/iddiff?url1=rfc7976&url2=draft-jesske-update-p-visited-network-05&difftype=--html It still takes some careful reading to distinguish the key changes in the diff from those things that are just boiler plate changes and formatting changes due to the passage of time. I did see some odds and ends that need cleanup, but I'll save those for later if we get general buy-in. I'll defer to the chairs on whether it is ok to have a bis document that isn't named as a bis.
