Since this change is purely editorial, serves no real purpose, and does not
address any real implementation issues, it is out of scope for the 4028bis.

There is a good argument to be made, that that entire table should be
removed to avoid any future queries like this in the future, but since this
is editorial as well, it is likely out of scope too.
