Yes.. and you would like us to.. stop sending you full routes?  We
have some fixed timers dampenning the BGP updates we send you, but if
our peer flaps, we tell you about it within some number of seconds (I
can check the value).  We are configured to send you AS 174 and 2174
routing.  I don't think there is anything we can change to help you,
short of not sending you routes to PSI.
