You are working with VERY old drafts and have caught a typo that I
believe has already been fixed.

In all cases, it is the combination of SAID and Destination Address
that uniquely identifies the Security Association. This receiver-
orientation is essential for the security mechanism to work with IP
multicasting. Using the combination of originating address and SAID
would not work for multicast traffic.

The current drafts are online as draft-ietf-ipngwg-sec-*.txt,
draft-ietf-ipngwg-esp-*.txt, and draft-ietf-ipngwg-auth-*.txt at
the Internet-Drafts archive near you. Revisions are in progress but
I'm yet not sure when they will appear.
